Transparency & ranking — Handyman24
The Polish-language version is binding; this translation is informational.
Under the Omnibus Directive we disclose the main parameters determining the order in which Masters are presented (ranking) and their relative importance.
Main ranking parameters
- relevance to the Order (profession, specialisation, location),
- ratings and reviews from verified Clients,
- availability and response time,
- profile completeness and verification,
- track record of completed Orders,
- paid promotion (premium) — when present, it is clearly labelled as advertising/paid.
Paid promotion
A Master may gain higher visibility through paid promotion. Such positions are labelled (e.g. “Promoted”/“Ad”) to distinguish them from unpaid results.
Reviews
Reviews come only from Clients who completed an Order with the given Master via the Platform. We neither publish nor solicit fake reviews.
Master status
Each Master’s status (business or private individual) is shown. Where a Master is not a business, we state that consumer-protection law does not apply to the contract.
