Withdrawal from the contract (Consumer right)
The Polish-language version is binding; this translation is informational.
1. Period
A Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, counted from conclusion of the service contract.
2. How to withdraw
Send an unambiguous statement (e.g. by post or e-mail to kontakt@handyman24.eu). You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.
3. Services started at the Consumer’s request
If the Consumer requested that performance begin before the withdrawal period expired and then withdraws, they pay proportionally for what was performed. The Consumer owes nothing if not informed of the right or if early performance was not requested. After full performance — with prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss of the right — the right of withdrawal expires.
4. Effects
Payments received (less amounts due for performance requested) are returned promptly, no later than 14 days.
